Why Yoga?

Our bodies hold memories of the past. Where ever there is stress and tension those blockages hold us back from moving forward in our lives. The more we stretch our muscles our connective tissues, lengthen the spine, then the central nervous system begins to function at its optimal state. Allowing the mind to cultivate a greater awareness and sense of peace and balance and deeper understanding of self and life around you.
